My planner set up for 2019

This has been such a long hard process for me to get right! I have changed my mind so many times it is unbelievable! But I have finally got there…. I think!

My main planner continues to be a Travellers Notebook (TN) as I love the simplicity of them! But as per usual, finding a cover that I liked and wanted to stay in for a whole year just seemed impossible! Half way through 2018 I started using a B6 size and am hooked! It really is the perfect size for me. But I had just got hold of a cheap cover to try the size out so wanted to get something nice for 2019.

My search for the cover was relentless and after no success in finding anything I liked, I decided to make my own! I was so pleased with my results I even opened a mini shop! You can check it out here. Currently I only post to the UK, but do let me know if you want one and you’re from overseas. I’m sure I can sort something out.

I felt the tying with ribbon made my TNs very different to all those on the market, so you will find this feture with all of mine.

The charm that you can see I bought from Away with the Fairies, which came as part of a kit, and I have dashboards inside to match.

So onto the inside…

I absolutely adore this little pocket from filofabulous! It is just perfect for a few date dots and a spare paperclip. Nothing too bulky or flashy, just how I like it. I did mount mine onto some white card as I didn’t want it to be completely see through, as it is vellum but that was my own personal choice. Next to this, I also have one of her vellum dashboards which I decided to put at the front due to the simple motivation I feel it provides.

This year I have been bold enough to try 2 monthly inserts. One from Productivity Direct and one from Crafty Ali Cat. I know 2 sounds a little extreme, but I’m trying something new this year. I will go into more detail in my next post (including piccys 😉)

The main and central part of my planner is my weekly insert. I have tried so many different styles, and have printed and made up my own all of last year. But this year I ended up buying one from Productivity Direct. I am still in shock that it is the whole year in one booklet! It is truley stunning and gives me all the space I need. Here is my first layout of the year 😁

I highly recommend Productivity Direct for your inset needs. Her turnaround is very quick, they are good value for money and she is always willing to listen to any requests and help bring visions to life.

My last 2 inserts are from Its Simply Bizare, and I cannot wait for them to arrive! Unfortunately with my usual rush to decide what to put in my planner I was a little late in purchasing these! Once the arrive I’ll update you on their usage 😉.

So that brings us to the end of my planner tour. Well, my main planner anyway! Lol! If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.

Happy New year!
