1. My family
Regardless of what happens to me in my life, as long as I have my family around me I couldn’t ask for more.
Seeing my children smile or have mini achievements in their life makes me so proud.
The quiet moments I get to snuggle up to my partner is also pure bliss!
2. My planners
This is obvious right?!? My recent discovery of both the Happy Planner and Erin Condren planners has changed my current planner peace completely!
Using different planners for different aspects of my life has actually helped make me more productive.
3. My mobile phone
I know they say technology is bad for you, but I could not be without my phone. Some would say I am on it loads, however what I use my phone for has changed massively of late.
I use audible and cast box a lot as being on the move listening to podcasts and novels has been much better than actually reading.
I have a few blog apps as well for reading articles when I have time to sit and more apps for meditation.
Social media on the other hand, recently takes up a small amount of my phone usage compared to the past.
4. Stickers!
Yes I am obsessed! Yes it supports my inner child. And yes I probably spend more than what I should. However, my justification is how pretty my planners look once the stickers have been used! Lol!
I also find the process of using stickers very therapeutic and relaxing.
5. My bath
My ultimate ‘me time’ each evening, having a long soak in the tub. I play meditation music and read my books whilst I relax. It is the perfect way for me to end my day.
