Morning vs Evening Planning/Journalling

I have realised that a lot of people talk about planning and journalling interchangeably, though in essence they are slightly different. One of the key things I have come to realise is that the style in which people plan depends a lot on the time of day they do it.

For me the key differences in the words are as follows:

Planning – goal setting, task orientated

Journalling – free writing, reflective in nature

I have not gone into great depths with this, but as I am both a morning and evening planner I thought I would list the 3 main differences I have learnt over my years of planning.

I hope this gives you yet another insight into my planning style and helps guide you find yours.
