Blogging on my birthday is a little surreal so I thought I would give you 34 facts about me. I’m not going to think about them, I’m just going to write so hopefully you’ll find it amusing!
Here we go…..
- I’m 34 today
- I’m a mental health nurse and life coach
- I’m writing a book on SOLVE
- I have 2 gorgeous and amazing girls; Arya, aged 3 and Lilly, aged 1
- I meditate every morning
- I play walking netball (it’s harder than it sounds)
- I live in the middle of nowhere and absolutely love it!
- I love American crime dramas! Hawaii 5 O and Criminal Minds being my favourites
- I’m going to see Busted on my own, because I want to
- I finally love myself and my life and ignore all the negativity that people try to throw at me
- I have the most amazing boyfriend ever. The man of my dreams!
- We have no pets
- I still call my parents for help and support
- It has only been in the last 6 months that I have been able to start saving again
- I feel more in control of my money now than I ever have done
- I have finally learnt how to say no
- I’m still the loudest in the room when I want to be
- I used to be a size 6 shoe, but lost loads of weight and dropped down to a size 5!
- I had postnatal depression after both children. Each time required medication, and each time I was able to come off them within a year.
- My mental health now is the best it has ever been! So is my physical health 😊
- I stopped smoking a year ago
- I read now more than I have ever read before, and I love it
- Listening to podcasts has given me such a boost in my daily thinking
- I ask for help when I need to, knowing my own limitations and accepting them.
- I have shared my love of planning with all my kids and they are also planner mad
- I am a sticker addict through and through
- In total I have 3 paper diaries and 5 diary/journal/planner apps which I use daily!
- This last year has been transformational for me
- This coming year is going to be the making of me
- I love long hot baths in the evening
- I am remembering to put myself first, so that I can be the best me for others
- Quality family time is the best time you can get
- Quality alone time is relaxing and necessary
- Having found true happiness, I have found inner peace
